At New Day Recovery Coaching, my work is built not only on 30 years of industry experience but also on lived experience. Eight years ago, I was diagnosed with Complex PTSD, and I know the challenges of walking the road to recovery. I also know the reality of being a carer — supporting my son Ethan through his journey with Autism and Intellectual Impairment.
This lived experience means I understand my clients on a deeper level. When I provide Psychosocial Recovery Coaching, Support Coordination, or Counselling, I bring both professional skills and personal understanding. Recovery isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about being heard, being supported, and building hope for the future. And that’s what I aim to offer every client I work with. 🌸
